Screaming at the water
Since quarantine began, I have been treating myself with one short visit per day to the outside world:
I walk to the urban lake close to my apartment, scream, and walk back home.
It's really a handful of minutes.
Of course I am doing it while social distancing, waiting for the (too many, in my opinion, especially when in groups...) joggers and outdoor work out fanatics to get out of the way before making my way to the water, or just detouring and keep a safe enough distance.
